Went to see what updates were available, had a list of them they also would not download. so I did this went to PLAY STORE clicked on the three lines top left go to. SETTINGS go to. APP DOWNLOAD PREFERENCE changed it to over wifi only AUTO-UPDATE APPS change to Don’t auto-update. Then was able to download apps.
